Login to your Kammi HR portal
To connect to your Kammi HRIS instance, simply use your login credentials and access your dashboard in a few clicks.
Steps to login:
Know your instance login page URL. Typically, the login URL is formatted as: https://companyname.kammi.pro
Fill in the Username and Password fields, or login directly with your Google or Microsoft credentials.
Click the Login button.
Login problems?
You don't remember your username
Typically, the username corresponds to the beginning of your email address in the format: firstname.lastname, firstnamelastname, flastname, or simply your email.
If this is not the case, you will need to contact your manager or administrator to retrieve your username.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
- 1.Click on "Forgot password?" on the login page
- 2.Enter your username, which may be your professional email
- 3.Click "Send"
- 4.Check your inbox (and spam folder)
- 5.Click on the received link (valid for 24 hours)
- 6.Create a new password
I'm not receiving the reset email
- Check your Spam / Junk folder
- Verify that the email used is correct (the one registered in Kammi)
- Add [email protected] to your contacts
- Wait 5-10 minutes (delivery delay possible)
If nothing works: Contact your HR department to verify that your account is active and the email is correct.
"Incorrect credentials" message, what should I do?
Common causes:
- Incorrect email (space at beginning/end, typo)
- Incorrect password (uppercase/lowercase, special characters)
- Account not activated or disabled
Solutions:
- Verify that you're typing your email correctly (copy-paste recommended)
- Reset your password via "Forgot password"
- If the problem persists: contact your Kammi administrator or HR.
My account is blocked, why?
Your account may be blocked if:
- You've made 3 failed login attempts (security)
- Your account has been disabled by HR
- Your contract has ended
- You haven't confirmed your account during initial login
Solution: Contact your HR department immediately. Only HR can unblock your account.
I get a blank page after login
Try these solutions in order:
1. Clear your browser cache
Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac)
Check "Cached images and files"
2. Try in private/incognito mode
Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
3. Test another browser (Chrome or Edge)
4. Disable extensions (ad blockers, etc.)
Recommended browsers: Chrome (latest version), Edge
The reset link doesn't work
Possible reasons:
- The link has expired (valid for 24 hours only)
- The link was cut in the email (split across 2 lines)
- You've already used this link (single-use link)
Solution:
- Request a new link via "Forgot password"
- Use the link within 24 hours
- Copy-paste the complete URL if it's cut
Can't login via the notification email link
Common issue: Links in notification emails can sometimes be expired or malformed.
Solution:
- Do NOT use the email link
- Go directly to
https://my_company.kammi.pro - Login normally with your credentials
- You'll access the notification from your dashboard
Tip: Bookmark your Kammi URL (my_company.kammi.pro) for quick access.
What are the password requirements?
Generally, your password must contain:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character (@, #, !, etc.)
Example of a valid password: Eureka2024!
Security: Never use the same password as other services. Never share your password.
My problem isn't resolved, who should I contact?
Depending on your issue:
Account issue (blocked, disabled, incorrect email):
Contact your Kammi administrator or HR department
Technical issue (blank page, error, bug):
Contact Kammi support

- Your first and last name
- Your professional email
- The exact error message (screenshot)
- The browser used
